Now Hiring: Part-Time Health and Injury Prevention Coach – South Brunswick, NJ

Are you passionate about injury prevention, body mechanics, and workplace wellness? Ramp Health is seeking a proactive and engaging Part-Time Health and Injury Prevention Coach to join our on-site team in South Brunswick, New Jersey !

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with employees in a hands-on, educational role that promotes health, safety, and injury prevention at both the individual and population level. Ideal for professionals with a background in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or other related wellness fields.

Position Details:

• Title : Health and Injury Prevention Coach

• Location : South Brunswick, NJ

• Schedule : 16 hours/week (exact days/times to be determined)

• Employment Type : Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Whole Population and Individual Injury Prevention Coaching

• Conduct proactive daily site walks to engage employees in safe work practices and promote a culture of mindfulness and injury prevention.

• Provide individual coaching to help employees recognize early signs of musculoskeletal discomfort and support conservative self-management, behavior modification, or appropriate referral.

• Identify ergonomic or movement-based risks and coach employees on safe lifting, posture, stretching, and daily movement techniques to reduce workplace injuries.

• Educate employees on continuous improvement principles to reduce injuries and promote ongoing body awareness.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with employees to reinforce injury prevention strategies and support long-term behavior change.

Team Collaboration and Documentation

• Collaborate with on-site vendors and interdisciplinary teams to align on safety and wellness efforts.

• Complete all required client-facing documentation, reports, and internal data entry accurately and on time.

• Ensure employee privacy and confidentiality during all consults and in all data recorded.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Experience in musculoskeletal wellness, ergonomics, or injury prevention preferred

• Must be comfortable engaging with employees across all job roles and activity levels
