What You Will Do Lead hands-on engineering while shipping code, making architectural decisions, and driving execution Collaborate with the core engineering team to iterate rapidly and build scalable solutions Develop systems that streamline customer onboarding and support accelerated growth Work closely with the CEO to shape the product roadmap and technical vision Create AI-powered infrastructure leveraging machine learning to optimize operations, pricing, and supply chain efficiency Build the industry's first integrated ERP + CRM + eCommerce ecosystem Eventually transition into a more traditional Head of Engineering role as the company scales Ideal Candidate Background 5-12 years of experience at a high-growth startup or technology company Strong hands-on coding skills with a passion for building and shipping products Startup mindset: outcome-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a lean team environment Patient and calm under pressure, yet operating with a strong sense of urgency Ability to commit to a high-intensity role during this critical growth phase NYC-based candidate preferred for in-office collaboration Preferred Qualifications Early experience at blue-chip technology companies Background in B2B SaaS, especially in ERP, CRM, or eCommerce systems Experience with AI/ML implementation in business applications Previous leadership in scaling engineering teams through rapid growth stages Why This Opportunity?
