• Leads exciting personal training sessions or group fitness classes

What is the job title? Line Dancing Instructor

Where is the job located? George H.W. Bush Community Center, 6827 Cypresswood Dr, Spring, TX 77379

Compensation rate? $35.00 - per class

What would your work schedule look like?

• Tuesday evenings, 6:00-7:00 pm

As a candidate for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Line-Dance Instructor, preferably with a focus on teaching seniors.
• Strong knowledge of various line-dance styles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants..
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Ability to adapt choreography and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and physical abilities.
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
• Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)

What would be your responsibilities?

• Plan and facilitate line-dance classes suitable for seniors of varying skill levels and physical abilities.
• Create choreography and routines that are fun, and accessible, and promote physical activity and coordination.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants understand and can follow the dance steps.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where seniors feel comfortable and encouraged to participate.
• Monitor the progress and well-being of participants, making adjustments to activities as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment within the dance studio.
• Represent Elevation Health on-site and act as a liaison between site management and Elevation Health
