Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Ground Systems C2 Analysis, Integration, and Test Engineer , in St. Louis, MO , to support a Phantom Works Fixed Wing Proprietary Program .

You will be joining a fast-paced Phantom Works program where you will be responsible for the design, integration, and testing of advanced mission planning and debrief systems along with tactical C2 solutions for fixed wing platforms.

The selected candidate will assist with the development, analysis, integration and test of engineering solutions and practices for key Ground System capabilities including, but not limited to:

  • Command and Control

  • Network and Communication Systems6B1B

  • Mission Planning & Debrief, and

  • Situational Awareness

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of prioritized mission systems digital threads within the specified capability areas to support the ground systems from design to delivery.

In this role, you will be joining a cross-functional team integrating next generation capabilities as part of an exciting and critically important development effort. You will have the opportunity to operate in an agile development environment, mature our products through the development lifecycle, work on next generation open-architecture model-based designs, and collaborate across multiple disciplines.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced and Senior Level Ground Systems C2 Analysis, Integration, and Test Engineer.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for Ground C2 Systems

  • Analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications

  • Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements

  • Solve problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle

  • Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • (Level 2) 2+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or work related engineering experience with a Master’s

  • (Level 3) 5+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years of work related engineering experience with a Master’s or work related engineering experience with a PhD

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2): $79,900 - $108,100

Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $96,050 - $129,950
