Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for a GIS Intern to join our St. Petersburg, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote postion. Responsibilities Perform research and analyze GIS data from various data sources Design and create graphic representations of data as exhibits/maps Create interactive Esri ArcGIS web and mobile applications Review of GIS datasets for quality and completeness Demonstrated ability or desire to provide data-driven solutions Excellent communication to identify, seek, and promote geospatial thinking Positive attitude and an impressive work ethic Clear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines Attention to detail and ability to contribute to a positive work environment Passion and demonstrated drive to identify and achieve goals Qualifications In the process of receiving a Bachelors or Masters Degree in GIS or similar Experience with Esri ArcGIS Pro Experience editing and creating GIS data Experience using spatial and tabular databases Knowledge of ArcGIS Online Knowledge of basic geoprocessing tools to analyze and manipulate data Proficient with Microsoft Office programs specifically, Excel Why Kimley-Horn?
