Mamahuhu is a San Francisco-based restaurant and consumer goods company founded to create Chinese-American food we’re proud to eat. Mostly organic and thoughtfully-sourced, but yummy first and foremost.
Founded by Anmao Sun, Ben Moore, and Brandon Jew — the James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of the Michelin-star Chinese-American restaurant Mister Jiu’s — Mamahuhu is built around the idea that food brings people, communities, and cultures together through the joy of shared tradition.
We launched our first fast-casual restaurant in the Inner Richmond in 2020. Since then, we’ve expanded to three San Francisco locations and are in the early stages of growing our CPG brand in grocery stores nationwide.
If you’re a driven professional who loves Chinese-American food and is excited to build a category-changing brand: we’d love to chat.
