As a small team, we have created games such as "Good Pizza, Great Pizza" that have been downloaded more than 300 million times across the globe, giving a fun, innovative experience to millions of players every day. Our core values are the reason we have found success as an independent studio and guide our hiring process: we are ambitious, disciplined, ownership-minded, results oriented, and extraordinary. We operate internationally and we are growing day by day; the company is entirely self-funded, we only answer to our players.

We are seeking individuals that have the same core values and are looking to level up themselves, the games they work on and the company they work for. Only with great attention to details can this be achieved - please mention "beauty is in the details" in your cover letter.

  • Lead and collaborate with teams to integrate design features that are both player-centric and aligned with monetization strategies;

  • Provide detailed design documentation, wireframes, and prototypes for gameplay mechanics, levels, and features;

  • Play and evaluate a wide range of mobile games to assess and understand their strengths and weaknesses, applying insights to our games.

  • Conduct ongoing market research and integrate current trends and features to enhance gameplay

  • Understanding how to balance a high quality, fun player experience with product/business goals;

  • Familiarity with system design principles in mobile casual games, with a focus on optimizing for player retention and monetization;

  • Thinks outside the box to create innovative features that captivate players;

  • Great attention to detail - you actually read this job description;

  • Genuine interest in the casual mobile gaming space and a strong drive to create meaningful and fun experiences for players. Do not apply if you don't regularly play casual F2P games.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile game design , particularly in the casual F2P market;

  • Proven track record of designing and shipping a live casual mobile game available on app stores;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Game Design, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s preferred;

  • Game economy design and optimization of sink/source;

  • Proficiency in level design with priority for candidates experienced in system design;

  • Coding/Prototyping experience is a big plus.
