As a Furniture Installer Delivery specialist, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of furniture while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves troubleshooting, training junior staff, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a customer-focused mindset.
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:00am - 4:30pm
As a Furniture Installer Delivery specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by efficiently and effectively installing and delivering furniture to customers. Working independently within established policies and procedures, you will handle a diverse range of assignments with moderate to large scope and complexity. This role requires troubleshooting skills, training capabilities, and the ability to assist junior staff when needed. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and installation of furniture while providing outstanding customer service.
