Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Entry-Level General Labor Warehouse Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in various warehouse tasks, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. No prior experience is necessary as we provide on-the-job, paid training. Key Responsibilities: Receiving and Unloading: Unload trucks and deliveries in a safe and timely manner. Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and recording of inventory. Organize and store items in designated areas. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards. General Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and trash removal. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Use equipment and tools safely and responsibly. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Basic math and reading skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment (not required). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software (a plus). Forklift certification (a plus). Work Environment: The role involves regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The warehouse environment may be subject to varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required for certain tasks.
