Red Hawk Solutions is looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman / Journeyman – Commercial Electrician to lead crews on-site, manage electrical installations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and up to code.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial job sites
• Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and apprentices
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards
• Work with project managers to meet timelines and resolve issues
• Manage material orders and track job site progress
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment

​​ Qualifications:

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (as required by state)
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and local building codes
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with a team
• Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• All required hand and power tools necessary to complete all required tasks
