Job Description
Carmel currently has a opening for a Part-Time Fitness Floor/Front Desk Attendant. Fitness Floor Staff and Front Desk Staff are primarily responsible for providing a clean, safe environment while providing assistance to those training in effort to provide helpful training environment for all Carmel Country Club members and guests using the Fitness Center. Additionally, Fitness Floor Staff will be responsible for assigned cleaning duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- *Greet members by name upon arrival & departure of the fitness floor.
- *Check members in the JONAS system.
- *Offer members assistance with equipment; in addition to answer member questions regarding equipment, operational issues, workouts, if it is within your scope.
- *Promote all fitness programs including but not limited to: Personal Training, Massage, Group Exercise Classes, Fitness Events, etc.
- *Makes reservations, assist with billing and distributes towels.
- *Places, answers, and directs phone calls and distributes messages.
- *Walk-through the gym regularly to interact with members, maintain fitness floor, and all fitness equipment.
- *Enforce all Fitness rules to members (age limit, cell phone, guest etc.)
Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis.
