Job Description

As a  Field Service Engineer II - Ultrasonic Meters & Gas Chromatograph Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for ultrasonic meters and gas chromatograph systems. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. 

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of gas measurement systems, ensuring reliable and precise data collection. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs. Your technical expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction will have a direct impact on the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical expertise and support for ultrasonic meters and gas chromatograph systems 
• Lead and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs 
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers 
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on ultrasonic meters and gas chromatograph systems
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Experience with gas measurement systems and related technologies
