We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator/Sales Representative to join our growing team. Job Summary: As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, generating detailed cost estimates, and driving sales growth. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional recommendations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: Lead : Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, and other lead strategies. On-Site Estimating: Conduct thorough on-site assessments of residential and commercial properties to determine project scope and requirements. Accurate Proposals: Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates and proposals, including material and labor costs. Sales and Closing: Present proposals to clients, address their questions and concerns, and close sales effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Project Handover: Effectively communicate project details to the production team for seamless execution. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and sales activities. Follow up: Follow up with potential leads, and existing customers. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of experience in estimating and/or sales within the painting, services or construction industry. Strong knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and processes. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents. Excellent math and measurement skills. Proven ability to generate accurate and detailed cost estimates. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using estimating software and CRM systems. Valid driver's license. Knowledge of Hawaii's market is a plus. Must have knowledge of Google Workspace.
