Position requires the ability to read plans and perform take offs for painting, wallcovering and special finishes. Position requires the ability to maintain spreadsheets, present bids in multiple estimating platforms such as Building Connected, etc. Communicate with General Contractors, Architects, Engineers and product Manufacturers. Must possess knowledge of estimating software such as On Screen Take off or similar platforms. Must be skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and other related software. Must possess communication skills and strong independent work ethics.
