Our firm partners with nationally recognized nonprofit and charity organizations to increase community awareness, donor engagement, and long-term supporter relationships. We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to represent our charity partners at local events, community centers, and retail locations. This is an entry-level opportunity with full paid training and a comprehensive benefits package , perfect for candidates passionate about helping others, connecting with their community, and supporting meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and compassionate Brand Representative for nonprofit partners

• Support event coordination, setup, and in-store outreach activities

• Represent charitable missions through public relations and community engagement

• Assist with event planning and grassroots fundraising initiatives

• Take on Team Lead responsibilities as needed during events

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, supporters, and event attendees

• Help identify and recruit new outreach associates as the program grows

• Support training and mentorship of new team members

Qualifications

• Passion for nonprofit work, charity, community outreach, or fundraising

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for supporting charitable missions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods during events

• Desire to succeed while making a meaningful social impact
