Key Responsibilities:
Manage approx. 30 active misdemeanor cases
Handle negotiations, motion practice, and trials
Focus on strategy and advocacy—admin handled by support staff
Qualifications:
Active member of the WSBA
Knowledge of WA criminal court procedures & evidence rules
Excellent courtroom, communication, and client-relations skills
Former/current prosecutors encouraged to apply (confidentiality honored)
