Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and address any discrepancies.
• Utilize the "3-way matching" process to confirm proper documentation for payments.
• Oversee and reconcile the "goods received but not invoiced" report.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve payment inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor the accounts payable aging report and ensure timely payments.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AP processes and controls for greater efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
