Responsibilities Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Responsible for managing front end of the store and making recommendations on the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. Supports Store Manager with the overall operation of the store to achieve company deliverables; works alternate schedule with the Store Manager; assumes responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline. Customer Experience: Engages customers, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices. Operations: Supervises store operations, schedules, inventory, and safety procedures. Business Performance Management: Analyzes financial data, drives store growth, and supports pharmacy during busy periods. People & Performance Management: Leads and trains team members, manages performance, and builds talent pipelines. Training & Development: Completes required training programs and maintains necessary certifications. Communications: Maintains open communication with team, plans strategies, and ensures compliance with policies. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; management or retail experience preferred. Leadership skills, business acumen, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and relocate if necessary. Fluency in English required. Additional Information Salary range: $45,000 - $71,550. Walgreens is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
