Our client, a leader in the electronic manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Location: Millington, MD

Pay Range: $18/hr. - $20/hr.

What's the Job?

• Connect wiring between components according to wiring prints and specifications using hand tools.
• Install wiring, lugs, and assemble components such as switches and relays in accordance with design specifications.
• Crimp appropriate size and type of lugs to wire ends using hand crimping devices.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and attending safety meetings.
• Effectively communicate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in assembly processes.

What's Needed?

• Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, strippers, and crimpers.
• Able to read and understand electrical point-to-point prints.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) preferred, but not required.
• Able to comprehend and follow simple to somewhat complex instructions.
• Commitment to regular attendance during scheduled shifts and overtime as required.
