This person will work directly under our Head of Operations, supporting legal processes, ensuring claims are accurately reviewed, and communicating with clients to guide them through the journey.You do need to be highly organized, responsive, and unafraid of repetitive work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, takes ownership of small details, and enjoys building something that matters.We are a tech company, but we are also a law firm - which means we’re constantly pushing to innovate and streamline, while staying compliant, precise, and accountable.
