Job Description Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming our workforce? As the Director of Operating Model, you'll be at the forefront of designing and executing initiatives that align with our company's strategic goals. You'll work closely with business unit leaders and cross-functional partners to identify workforce gaps and develop innovative solutions. Your role will involve conducting research and analysis to spot emerging trends and best practices and bringing these strategies to key business partners for design and viability planning. What you'll do Lead, design and develop large scale, complex workforce transformation initiatives and projects Partner with Customer Experience and Design teams to co-create customer-based operating plans Apply internal and external data analytics to operating models and workforce business designs Communicate progress and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and employees Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets inclusive of leading the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of workforce transformation initiatives Provide strong leadership to inspire and guide your team towards achieving strategic goals as well as leading and maintaining relationships to enable the ability to influence across teams and leaders Basic qualifications 8 years of working in retail, e-commerce operations, and/or vendor management 5 years of leading projects and cross-functional teams 5 years of experience leading people 3 years of design thinking process experience Preferred qualifications 5 years strong verbal and written communication skills 3 years of experience with Change Management principles 3 years of financial and analytics evaluation experience What’s in it for you We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
