Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Irvine, CA, with opportunities for partial remote work. As the Director of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for leading the brand's e-commerce strategy, optimizing online sales channels, analyzing performance metrics, and managing e-commerce operations. Key tasks include developing and executing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing key e-commerce projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of e-commerce goals with overall business objectives. You will also analyze market trends to fuel sales growth and new business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in E-Commerce, including managing online platforms and developing revenue-focused strategies.
  • Proven ability in Marketing and driving digital campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Solid experience in Sales and delivering measurable growth in revenue and customer engagement.
  • Competence in Project Management with the ability to oversee and complete initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting e-commerce metrics and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with cycling or sports retail is a plus but not required.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities to manage teams and partnerships effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
