Overview At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our enterprise B2B marketing efforts are no exception. As the Director of ABM, you'll be in charge of building and managing a unique team of entrepreneurial marketers. Together, you will build our global ABM strategy from the ground up as we move upmarket. We hope to hire someone who can quickly contribute and implement ABM strategies at scale and make an immediate impact. This role will report into our CMO. We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week. Responsibilities Lead a high performing team of Growth Managers to execute on ABM campaigns that quantitatively prove impact to the bottom line of our top strategic accounts. Engage with a fast-growing Enterprise Sales teams to support partner marketing efforts and team goals. Partner with the content, solutions and creative marketing teams to best position our products across multiple industries. Work closely with the marketing operations team to automate and scale campaigns that are widely ROI positive. Build a team of highly motivated individuals with high IQ/EQ who can operate together to hit pipeline and revenue targets. Qualifications 4-year undergraduate bachelor's degree (top 20 school highly preferred). 7 - 12 years of work experience including at least 3-5 years in marketing. Prior experience executing ABM programs from start to finish, ideally at scale. Experience scaling demand generation teams to support upmarket growth and enterprise sales. Impeccable quantitative ability to analyze data. A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity. Relentless puzzle solving obsession. Annual Pay Range Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
