Direct Sales Representative
Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products or services directly to customers through face-to-face interactions, presentations, and product demonstrations. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals in person.
Identify and target potential customers in the local area or assigned territory
Conduct direct sales presentations and product demos to customers
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with new and existing clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals
Negotiate terms, close sales, and secure long-term customer agreements
Track sales leads, client information, and progress through CRM systems
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Participate in sales meetings, team collaboration, and ongoing training
Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or a customer-facing sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
High school diploma required; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for territory coverage)
Base salary + commission-based earnings
