Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?
This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 an hour and varies based on experience, education, location, and certifications. This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area. The canvasser will be eligible for a monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.
