Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 an hour and varies based on experience, education, location, and certifications. Purpose

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area. The canvasser will be eligible for a monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Transport to and work independently in the assigned territory, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
  • Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to municipal permitting requirements.
  • Attend company meetings as scheduled.
  • Provide feedback to improve canvassing strategies.
  • Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings as a Signature Service expert.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Minimum age of 21 for company insurance coverage
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
  • Physically capable of walking 3-5 miles daily
