Direct Marketing Assistant

Note: The following describes the role as provided. Full Time / Entry Level / Immediate Hire

We are seeking a Field Marketing Assistant (Entry Level) to join our team and contribute to the planning and execution of field marketing and consumer interaction initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant, you will contribute to understanding the marketing mix and use market research and consumer behavior analysis to support sales strategies. Through hands-on training, you will develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns to help achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• In-person fieldwork with direct consumers to drive marketing and sales numbers
• Engage directly with consumers in person
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, such as conversion rates
• Assist with organizing promotional events
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
• Monitor competitors marketing activities

• Willingness to work full-time and be within commutable distance to Houston
