They specialize in providing innovative financial solutions for their clients and are dedicated to maintaining a dynamic and collaborative work environment. They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Direct Mail Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. The Direct Mail Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, execution and analysis of our client’s direct mail marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in direct mail marketing, a keen analytical mind and a passion for data-driven decision making. Direct Mail Marketing Manager Responsibilities Assist in the creation and execution of direct mail marketing campaigns from concept to delivery Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL or other data analysis software Work with marketing and data teams to develop and implement targeted customer segmentation strategies Help manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of direct mail pieces Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including response rates, conversion rates, and ROI Ensure all direct mail campaigns comply with industry regulations and company policies Direct Mail Marketing Manager Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field 1+ years of experience in direct mail marketing or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please apply today!
