Role As an Art Director at TUX, you play a vital role in shaping our creative vision and output. You understand strategic storytelling, meaningful brand platforms, and its impact on brand positioning, campaigns, and consumer connections. We are an English and French speaking team, and you are proficient at both.
Missions: - Craft best-in-class visual concepts for advertising campaigns and brand platforms in synergy with all departments involved.
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, client partners, and clients to ensure clarity on the brief and a strong grasp project needs and objectives.-
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and fulfill on a vast arrange of presentations, mockups, storyboards and visuals that clearly convey and depict your strategic and creative ideas.
- Must have a thorough (and directional) understanding of creative collateral design, typography, color theory, visual design and more.
- Maintain brand visual consistency across all communication channels.
- Responsible for presenting your ideas to Clients in a clear, strategic way.
- Supervise and lead the production of visual elements, including photo shoots, video shoots, and post-production. Inclusive of but not limited to: Building treatments, shot lists & PPM presentations, Casting, Crew selection & direction
- On set AD across photo and video projects
- Oversee all post production of your projects, from retouching, color correction editing, sound and illustration to ensure the output of all work is aligned with initial vision and treatment.
- Guide and coordinate the efforts of graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative partners.
- Continue to learn new tools, systems and programs to expand our offerings and scale our services.
- Proactively share your perspective but seek input from others and enjoy collaborating with fellow team members to generate and deliver compelling creative solutions.
- Master creative and graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, OpenAI, etc), photography, and illustration skills.
