Job Description

Our client in White Plains is looking to add multiple candidates to their team as Data Entry Clerks. These roles will be within various departments and are looking to hire immediately! The successful candidates will have strong computer/typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Temp to possible perm opportunity
• Pay: $21/hr on W2
• Fully onsite in White Plains Monday through Friday, 37.5-hour work week

Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm accuracy of information within the company's database
• Performing data entry of new and updated customer account information
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and/or correct discrepancies as needed
• Assisting with various administrative tasks (may include filing and scanning of documents)

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, college degree is preferred
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
