Position: Data Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX

Working Hours: M-F 8-5pm (remote Fridays)

Duration: 6-month contract with possible extensions and possible conversion

Must Haves:

• 510 years of experience in financial data analysis supporting retail or sales companies
• Proven ability to deliver quick-turnaround insights in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, MicroStrategy, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver statistical models and scenario analyses to support decisions such as:
• Opening new restaurant locations
• Renewing or exiting lease agreements
• Adding or removing menu items
• Produce high-impact reports and dashboards that respond to urgent business questions with speed and precision.
• Collaborate with ROC, Marketing, and Retail teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends across multiple units.
• Support site selection and expansion strategy using geospatial, demographic, and financial data.
• Maintain and optimize forecasting models for menu performance, unit profitability, and regional growth .
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, compelling format.
