  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous problems, multi-tasking, and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: experience in subscription models, e-commerce, fashion/retail analytics, and cross-functional data integration projects.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $85,000 – $100,000, dependent on experience and role scope.
  • Hybrid work schedule to balance flexibility and collaboration.
  • Paid time off and discretionary holidays, including Summer Fridays.
  • Comprehensive healthcare plans (medical, dental, vision).
  • 401(k) retirement plan and company match.
  • Annual bonus program and equity participation.
  • Employee discounts and wellness perks.
  • Opportunities for career advancement across analytics, data engineering, and related fields.
