What You’ll be Doing…

• Work closely with a small, tight-knit team, focused on delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to revenue growth.
• Mastering the order taking process
• Closely reviewing order errors and customer complaints
• Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers and potential new customers.
• Find, manage, grow and close revenue in existing and new accounts.
• Assist customer service lead in growing and managing key customers.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

*3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer support role

*Previous inside sales experience is preferred

*Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide electronic order entry systems

*Proven success working in small to mid-sized company environments

*Communicate clearly with customers, solve problems, and follow through.

*A track record showing stability, learning, and growth.

Here’s the important details:

*Location: Tukwila, WA (100% onsite)

*Direct hire with a comprehensive benefits package from day one

*Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

*Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.

*Hourly pay rate: $28-$32/hr. depending on experience
