Now Hiring- Customer Service Specialist in San Diego

Position Details

• Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour

• Location: Onsite in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do

• Answer high volume of inbound calls with empathy and professionalism

• Assist patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries

• Transfer calls to nurses or physicians

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls

• Input and manage data accurately

• Support general office and clerical tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare a plus)

• Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy

• Reliable and passionate about helping others and delivering top-tier service
