Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour
Location: Onsite in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
What You’ll Do
Answer high volume of inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
Assist patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries
Transfer calls to nurses or physicians
Conduct outbound follow-up calls
Input and manage data accurately
Support general office and clerical tasks
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare a plus)
Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy
Reliable and passionate about helping others and delivering top-tier service
