Job Description
Nationally recognized leader in health insurance is hiring long term Customer Support Specialist starting October 15th! This is a REMOTE position in Omaha, NE . Candidates will be required to live in IOWA or NEBRASKA for this position.
The Customer Support Specialist will take inbound calls from vendors for Medicare enrollment and coverage questions. They will also make outbound calls for application follow-up and clarification.
8:30am – 5:00pm | Monday through Friday Schedule during start | $20hr DOE
Schedules during peak insurance season will be between 8am to 9pm and may include overtime or weekend work
Experience and Education of a Pharmacy Technician include:
