\n Job Summary:
\nJoin our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional customer service in sales, promotions, installations, and communications. You will play a key role in maintaining good customer relations, resolving claims and complaints, and proactively informing and educating customers. You will work within defined procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient decision-making. If you have a basic understanding of work routines and procedures, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour\n\t
Shift: 8:00am – 5:00 pm CT \n\t
Duration: Up to 18 months with potential conversion\n
\n Roles and Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction\n\t
Handle sales inquiries, promotions, installations, and communications effectively\n\t
Resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws\n\t
Develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers\n\t
Collaborate with teams to develop improvement plans based on customer surveys\n\t
Adhere to well-defined procedures and guidelines in decision-making\n\t
Maintain a minimum of 35 cases per 8-hour shift with 99.8% quality\n\t
Willingness to work overtime when required\n
\n Qualifications & Skills: \n\n \n\t
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience\n\t
Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\t
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities\n\t
Basic understanding of work routines and procedures\n\t
Ability to work effectively within defined procedures and guidelines\n\t
Familiarity with technical procedures related to customer service\n\t
Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software\n\t
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively\n\t
