You will play a key role in maintaining good customer relations, resolving claims and complaints, and proactively informing and educating customers. You will work within defined procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient decision-making. If you have a basic understanding of work routines and procedures, this is the perfect opportunity for you. \n Job Specifications: \n \n\t Job Type: Full-time\n\t Company: Stryker\n\t Location: Remote\n\t Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour\n\t Shift: 8:00am – 5:00 pm CT \n\t Duration: Up to 18 months with potential conversion\n \n Roles and Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction\n\t Handle sales inquiries, promotions, installations, and communications effectively\n\t Resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws\n\t Develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers\n\t Collaborate with teams to develop improvement plans based on customer surveys\n\t Adhere to well-defined procedures and guidelines in decision-making\n\t Maintain a minimum of 35 cases per 8-hour shift with 99.8% quality\n\t Willingness to work overtime when required\n \n Qualifications & Skills: \n\n \n\t Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience\n\t Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\t Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities\n\t Basic understanding of work routines and procedures\n\t Ability to work effectively within defined procedures and guidelines\n\t Familiarity with technical procedures related to customer service\n\t Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software\n\t High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively\n\t Opportunities:\n\t Gain valuable experience in customer service and sales\n\t Collaborate with a diverse team to drive customer satisfaction\n\t Develop skills in resolving customer claims and complaints\n\t Contribute to organization-wide initiatives for customer education\n\t Grow professionally within a well-established company\n \n \n  \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\tAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
