Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective problem-solving and service delivery. Duties/Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Generate sales leads.
· Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
· Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
· Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
· Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
· Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
· Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and gather feedback.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
· Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
· Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
· Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent communication skills including active listening.
· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
· Proven customer service support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
· Track record of over-achieving quota.
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Previous experience in a call center environment or customer service role preferred.
· Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications.
· Experience in sales or client services is advantageous.
· Effective typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
· Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
· A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
