Summary

Summary: The   Clinical Pharmacist at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore specializing in critical care, responsible for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The MICU at Sinai Hospital is a teaching service consisting of two rounding teams with Medical Residents and learners within the mixed ICU. The successful candidate will have opportunities to serve as a mentor and educator for pharmacy residents, pharmacy students, pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals across other disciplines. Responsibilities also include areas of formulary management, drug information, practice advancement, process development and coordination of associated EHR enhancements.

 

 

Requirements: 

Education :* PharmB or MScPhm or PharmD

Experience: Completion of Post Graduate Year-1 Pharmacy Residency

Equivalent of 3 - 5 years of experience required ***

(Prefer Post Graduate Year-2 residency in Critical Care + board certification)

License : Pharmacist License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
