The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000 USD annual, pro-rated for the duration of the assignment. As a Creative Director you'll do just that—leading the creative charge for our clients by developing fresh, high-quality ideas that make an impact. This integrated role places you at the heart of concept development, empowering you to direct and complete, from creating moodboards and comps to using AI tools to bring ideas to life. Your art direction skills of cultural and social trends equip you to produce compelling ideas for everything from large-scale brand campaigns to social activations. This role is perfect for you if you: Have a history of creating memorable ideas for world-leading brands that value your work Are a strategic thinker who excels at developing both campaign ideas and focused social executions Are immersed in social trends and culture, bringing fresh, original perspectives to everything you do Craft attention-grabbing ideas that resonate with audiences and lead brand visibility Have a strong visual repertoire and can articulate and visualize concepts, bringing them to life with hands-on skills and AI tools Build partnership and influence within teams and with clients, contributing valuable insights along the way Adapt and respond to feedback strategically, enhancing concepts for the best results Thrive in collaboration with senior creatives, aligning with the team's vision and elevating the work Are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest tech, trends, and AI, and enjoy sharing that knowledge Minimum Requirements: 10+ years in a prominent creative role within the advertising industry. Agency experience, delivering across multiple channels with a strong conceptual and social background. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint, and social media platforms. Effective verbal and presentation skills, with experience presenting to leadership and clients at all levels. Experience collaborating with large teams in client-focused roles and work with team members. Exceptional writing and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
