The Opportunity (we have a few roles open!)

1. Content Creator – Video (IG, TikTok, YouTube): Create engaging short-form video content across social platforms.
2. Content Creator – Writer (X/Twitter): Craft compelling, on-brand written content that drives engagement and conversation on X.
3. Creative Director – Video Production & Editing: Lead the creative vision and execution of high-quality video projects from concept to final cut.

What You'll Do

Content Creation and Marketing:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and product goals.
• Create engaging content across various formats: long-form and short-form videos, static visuals, and text posts.
• Manage content production for platforms including Twitter (X), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
• Edit and design content, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with our target audience.
• Produce content both behind and in front of the camera, as needed.
• Clip longer content into digestible, shareable pieces for different platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product updates and campaigns.

Social Engineering and Growth Strategy:

• Analyze audience data, engagement metrics, CPMs, and other performance indicators to refine content strategies.
• Identify viral trends and create content that taps into these trends to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, drive attention, and build a loyal online community.
• Experiment with and optimize content types, posting schedules, and platform-specific strategies.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Leverage user-generated content and partnerships to expand brand visibility.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Plan and execute campaigns around key events, launches, or promotions.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Track and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media management.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts or producing viral content (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and content management tools.
• Experience creating content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Comfortable being on camera when required.
