About the team & role

• As a Content Designer at Addition Wealth, you will play a critical role in shaping the way our users interact with our digital products. You'll partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to craft seamless and impactful user experiences.

What you'll do

• Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and user-centered copy for digital interfaces, including onboarding flows, dashboards, educational tools, notifications, and more.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Define content frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all touchpoints. You'll also own the full end to end experience from strategy to creation.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with product designers to integrate copy and education into wireframes and prototypes.
• User Research: Participate in user research sessions to inform content decisions and validate design solutions.
• Testing and Iteration: Use testing, user feedback, and analytics to iterate on content and improve performance.
• Advocacy: Champion the role of content design within the organization and educate teams on best practices.
