Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Affirmations JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, unique role, you will go beyond traditional notarizations to offer affirmations and validation to clients during significant life events.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:

Verify the identity of clients seeking affirmations through appropriate protocols. Provide affirmations for a variety of life moments, such as name changes, declarations, self-affirmations, and more. Offer a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their affirmations. Administer any required oaths or affirmations in alignment with the affirmation's intent. Maintain accurate records of each affirmation notarization, respecting client confidentiality. Foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Adhere to all relevant notary laws and regulations.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions. Openness to understanding and embracing clients' affirmations, regardless of their nature. Comfortable with digital tools and platforms for documentation and virtual notarization if applicable. Excellent communication skills to create a supportive environment. Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity to clients' personal affirmations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs, including weekends and evenings. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
