We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a well-established construction firm based in New Hyde Park, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in construction project management while learning directly from experienced senior leaders.

The successful candidate will support two Senior Project Managers across a range of projects, assisting with both site-based and office-based responsibilities. Prior experience working on City of New York projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Assist in preparing and submitting RFIs (Requests for Information) and managing change orders.
• Provide support with project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients as needed.
• Perform both on-site supervision tasks and office-based project administration.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of construction experience, ideally with exposure to NYC public works or city projects.
• Familiarity with RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance field and office duties.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude with the desire to learn and grow within the company.
