Akkodis is seeking a Complaint Investigations Tech for a Contract job with a client in Alameda, CA . Responsibilities include investigating returned medical devices using lab equipment and documenting findings in the complaint handling system.

Note: Shift: 5 am to 1:30 pm

Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Complaint Investigations Tech job responsibilities include:

• Perform routine testing and troubleshooting on returned medical devices using lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and microscopes.

• Document investigation results accurately in the Complaint Handling System, ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards.

• Unpack, sort, and process returned products by product line, maintaining proper handling of biohazardous materials.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and written work instructions to conduct consistent and compliant investigations.

• Support timely closure of complaint cases to meet company goals and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with team members in a lab environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and good laboratory practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); an associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related science is preferred.

• Entry-level; prior experience in manufacturing, inspection, or lab environments is a plus.

• Strong documentation and computer skills, including basic Excel and data entry proficiency.

• Ability to follow SOPs, perform electronic troubleshooting, and work with lab equipment in a regulated environment.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
