Estimator
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Estimator to join our team. The primary role of the Sr. Estimator will be to provide accurate cost estimates for commercial painting and coatings projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for commercial painting and coatings projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate estimates.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare estimates.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing information.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and proposals for clients.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial painting and coatings industry.
• Proficient in the use of estimating software, including Coatings Paint and Coatings.
• Strong understanding of commercial painting and coatings processes and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Senior Estimator or Sr. Estimator experience is a plus.
