Overview Saratech is seeking a chief engineer who will oversee the modification of primary and secondary structural modifications. Experience with special missions' activity and OEM aircraft such as the SAB340, EMBRAER E175/E195, and other fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of experience working at and with major airframe OEMs and understand metallic and composite structure. Responsibilities The job description will include pursuing projects with special missions customers, planning and quoting projects to submit proposals in pursuit of the capture of contracts, concept development, and know-how to lead a team of engineers to complete the design and analysis of special missions projects. Qualifications Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with customers Knowledgeable on aircraft level modifications Understanding of load loops, and design requirements Understanding of tooling and associated manufacturing methodology for building special missions flight hardware Benefits Insurance: All full-time regular employees (and dependents) are eligible to get medical, dental, vision coverage.
