About the Role
The Company is seeking a Project Manager/Solutions Architect for the Clerk of Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of IT systems and special projects to enhance the functionality of information systems and overall office operations. This includes managing various software systems, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and optimizing software utilization to maintain efficient workflows. The role also involves close collaboration with the office staff, serving as the primary liaison with the County IT Department, and overseeing the security and data integrity of all electronic systems. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years' experience in court-based case management systems, systems analysis, programming, technical support, project management, and staff supervision. The position requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional with strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of driving technological advancements and ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include project management, technology strategy and oversight, procurement support, system management, website and online services, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to classify, analyze, and interpret complex data, provide clear technical guidance, and ensure compliance with state regulations and standards.
