Pay Rate:
$20–$25 per hour , depending on experience

What’s a typical day as a Cabinet Sprayer/Finisher? You’ll be:
Applying various finishing materials manually using a spray gun
Reading and interpreting packing lists, pallet tickets, and manufacturing orders
Communicating effectively with co-workers and responding to inquiries
Using your hands in a fast-paced environment while lifting, pouring, pushing, and pulling materials
Working on your feet and engaging in repetitive motions while ensuring precision and attention to detail
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Possess 1–2 years of experience in cabinet finishing or similar roles (preferred)
Can distinguish colors accurately and have good close and peripheral vision
Are comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 5-gallon buckets
Work well in a team and maintain a reliable attendance record
