Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite; flexibility for 1 additional remote day if needed)
Compensation: $125K–$135K base + bonus
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and ERP systems to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, ensure system enhancements align with business needs, and support data-driven decision-making in our retail/eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Must-Haves:
✅ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
✅ Strong SQL skills in Snowflake
✅ Proficiency with Looker or similar reporting/BI tools
✅ Experience with an ERP system (Full Circle experience a plus)
✅ Background in retail/eCommerce environments
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Solid understanding of business requirements gathering
✅ Familiarity with ticketing systems ( Jira , Microsoft, Trello, etc.)
✅ Working knowledge of ETL processes from start to finish
