Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Assess client goals and recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and ongoing follow-up
• Record and update client information and activity in CRM tools
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business development goals

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred but not required
• Self-driven and organized with the ability to manage your own schedule
• Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
