As a Business Consultant at gt.school, you'll be the architect of educational excellence, crafting personalized learning journeys that ignite potential and forge tomorrow's leaders. What you will be doing

• Engineer personalized learning strategies for gifted students, balancing academic rigor with crucial life skills development.
• Harness state-of-the-art AI tools to optimize learning experiences, track progress, and unlock each student's full potential at an unprecedented pace.
• Ignite passion and drive in students, guiding them through an accelerated learning journey in a dynamic, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with a elite team of education revolutionaries, contributing insights to enhance our groundbreaking mission.

• Implementing cookie-cutter educational approaches that stifle individual potential.
• Wasting time on traditional classroom management or disciplinary issues.
• Operating within the confines of outdated educational pacing and curricula.
• Settling for mediocrity or accepting limitations on student achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire, mentor, and guide gifted learners to complete high school-level education by 8th grade through our revolutionary, personalized, and accelerated learning pathway—reshaping the future of education one brilliant mind at a time.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record of academic excellence (e.g., National Merit or Presidential Scholar, academic Olympiad placements, prestigious scholarship recipient, dual-enrollment experience)
• Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Mastery of generative AI for personal or professional applications
• Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Commitment to work in-person at our Austin, TX campus
